Responsibilities:
• To support, maintain and provide continuous improvement for servers/ notebooks, networks (LAN/ WAN, VPN , Routers, Firewall, Switches), all servers operating system, security devices & applications, and other IT Equipment
• To ensure proper inventory and documentation are maintained for server and network, leased line/ SHDSL and budgeting
• To assist in supporting ERP system
 
Requirements:
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP and MCSE certification
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in LAN/ WAN and Mobile/ Desktop devices, networking voice/ data, VPN, etc
• Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Servers (HP/ IBM/ Compaq/ Dell), LAN/ WAN equipments including Cisco and routers, switches, wireless access point, firewalls, gate defender and load balancer
• Hands-on experience in Trend Micro Anti Virus and Norton Anti Virus solution
• Familiar with Windows 2003 / 2000 / NT 4, Novell , Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office
• Possess good communication skills and able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
