Responsibilities:
Monitor the stocks allocation in order to minimize case fill failures
Work with the team on the operational issues
Attend to inquiries from customers on stock allocation issues
Preparation of report on daily and weekly basis
Requirements:
Candidate possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies
Minimum 2 years working experience in supply chain customer service
Proficient in both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and SAP APO
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Meticulous, diligent and possess good working attitude
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
