Responsibilities:
Manage day to day general office administration.
Organizing appointments and meetings.
Administer the office management, correspondence, travel arrangements and scheduling.
To attend all private secretarial duties, personal and confidential matters.
Provide regular update of operations to management
Other ad-hoc task pertaining to Admin duties as and when required by management.

Requirements:
Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 working experience in the capacity of Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary to MD.
Excellent organisational skills and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and written of English.
Must be computer literate.
Able to work independently.
