Responsibilities:
Attend to customers’ calls and provide timely, accurate and relevant information to the customers, i.e. accurate product and pricing information based on customer needs
Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints and enquiries
Provide accurate resolution to issues raised such as warranty claims issues, defect items, returned items etc
Process customers’ orders with efficiency and timely manner as assigned by the supervisor
Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
Candidate with experienced working in contact centre environment preferable but not an essential
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya (Jalan 225)
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
Able to communicate fluently in English, BM. Candidate that able to speak in other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
Possess a pleasant personality, like problem-solving and providing assistance to customers
A customer-oriented person

NORMAL WORKING HOURS JOB (9am-6pm)
5 days week
