Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects.
Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability in post contract management.
To lead and manage the project team and ensure effectiveness of the projects implementation.
Formulate marketing strategy and plan to exploit new business potential in line with Company’s vision and mission.
Established operating procedures and developed training program for continual improvement of the Company’s system and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture /Construction Management / Project Management or Engineering discipline.
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of working experience in Construction & Project Management
This position coordinates with all departments in the company, including management of major projects. Coordination may include responsibilities such as administrative, operations, technical and financial duties.
