Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative work and support to director.
Update and scheduling appointment with clients and office partner.
To take minutes of meeting during weekly operation meeting.
Assist in running the daily office operation such as ensuring that the office equipment, furniture and fittings are all in working conditions.
Provide sales support and sales administration function as and when required.
Perform any ad-hoc assignment as directed by superior.
Ensure all office, maintenance and management expenses are within budget.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma,Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
Candidates must have at least 4 year(s) of working experience as a secretary and managing an office.
Technical savvy is preferred and proficient in Microsoft office (eg: Microsoft Excel)
Able to multitask, work under pressure and detail oriented.
Good communications skill and English must be proficient.
Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skill and flexible.
