Responsibilities:
In-charge of manufacturing operation.
Conduct Daily / Weekly operation meeting.
Involve in setting Operation Target and Direction.
Responsible for overall Manufacturing performance.
Recommendation for operation improvement.
Responsible for overall operation overhead and costing.
Conduct Presentation and Plant Tour for Customer.
Involve in System and Certification Audit from ISO and Customer.
Attend Discussion and Presentation at customer Location.
Submit Monthly Operation report to MD. 
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English.
Computer Knowledge in operation application.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing / Production environment  are required for this position.
Factory location : Seri Alam, Pasir Gudang. Johor.
Process own transportation.
