Responsibilities:
To coordinate with field vendors and onsite technicians to restore service
Real-time troubleshooting, fixing and escalation of incidents
To create, update, and resolve server related incidents logged in the Incident Management System (Remedy)
To create, update, and close change tickets in the Change Management system while executing changes
To perform Server maintenance reboots according to the pre-requisite requirement and schedule defined
To verify backup jobs' successes and failures over night
To prioritize tasks based on severity and service levels
To ensure activities are followed up across shifts.
Willing to work on 12 x 7 shift

Requirements:
Supports Open Systems servers with the:
Disk Capacity utilization
CPU utilization
Memory utilization
Service and process availability
Hardware availability
URL availability
