Responsibilities:
1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
2. To oversee, manage and control purchasing and store activities for the company.
3. To liaise with suppliers on payment terms / modes and to advice management accordingly.
4. To ensure that all products are supplied and delivered are in accordance to purchase order and project requirements.
5. To carry out store inventory control.
6. To monitor and control transfer of products and equipment from store to site, inter site, site to store or to any other external locations.
7. To coordinate on the calibration, maintenance and repair of equipment.
8. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Purchasing Software, MS Office.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
