Responsibilities:
Oversee the artictic design of all design artwork;
Briefing other members of the creative team;
Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at;
Responsible to produce innovative ideas for all creative projects;
Pitching ideas to clients;
Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief;
Works on a brief set by the clients and is involve at every stage of the production process;
Working in editing suites to oversee the finished product

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent;
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent;
Strong design and creativity;
Familiarity of varying design applications (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Quark Xpress, Flash etc.);
Proven ability to meet tight deadline is a must;
Able to work as a good team player & leader;
