Responsibilities:
To separate D/O received from logistic.
To matching D/O & invoice.
To process & prepare monthly supplier payment.
To update service set, depreciation voucher, price different, late GRN.
To prepared AP reconciliation.
To update subsidy file.
To assist superior on AP task.
Any ad-hoc arrangement as required.
To arrange & filling bank in slip (as per bank statement).
To key in payment voucher (GL Date Entry).
To prepared monthly bank reconciliation.
To raised payment voucher.
To prepared account listing.
To prepared expenses report.
To assist superior on GL issue.
Any ad-hoc arrangement as required.
Requirements:
LCCI Higher Level/ Diploma in Accounting.
At least 1 year working experience in handling full set of accounts.
Required languages : ENGLISH, BM, CHINESE.
Proficiency in Accounting Softwares and Ms Office.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh Graduate, Retrenched or VSS workers are also encourage to apply
