Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls/ email regarding: Customer enquiries, Team enquiries, 
Arrange customer enquiry regarding product repair 
Amend customer data via email / phone call from showroom 
Manage Membership card ordering 
Membership data amendment 
Member’s day Redemption management 
Manage SMS sending 
Fully respond on membership loyalty program development ad activities management 
To ensure the monthly, quarterly and yearly of membership recruitment and renewal is achieved. 
To analysis customer buying behavior

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Prefer have CRM knowledge / Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 
Proficiency in MS Office: Word & Excel ,Access 
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
Dependable, resourceful, and possess a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task, 
Cheerful and pleasant personality 
Good telephone etiquette and pleasant voice 
Excellent time management skills, self-driven and hardworking
