Responsibilities:
Checking stocks upon receiving and delivering
Invoice generation for customers
Key in data into Take-Hub, Mini Warehouse System & Financial Management System
Generating reports on Warehouse Management System
Balance stocks reconciliation
Prepare weekly and monthly operational schedules, statements, etc.
Issue Transport Exit Pass
Monitor temperature records
Ensure that warehouse office, tables, chairs, and computers are tidy and cleaned at all times
To monitor fuel/toll/tire consumption by weekly.
Cross function with fleet management system.
Assist in preparation of reports and compilation
Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Excel, Word & Power Point.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives.Others or equivalent.
