Responsibilities:
Coordinate various QS activities in a project in the most cost effective way.
Responsible for estimating, quantity take-off and claims preparation.
Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, procurement, site valuation, variation orders and final accounts.
Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow-up at project and handle claims as well as payment for the project/s
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
Min 5 years experience in Electrical or Air-conditional preferably in highrise commercial building projects
Familiar with standard forms and contract, administration and construction claims as well as reviewing and drafting of contracts
Possess strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills
