Responsibilities:
Organized business activities in line with the set business target
Effective branch visitation eg Personal Financial Advisor, Relationship Managers, Area Retail Managers, Consumer Loan Officers, and All branch staff
Conduct business presentation to existing & potential clients
Assisting and supporting business partners during road shows, worksite marketing and other relevant events.
Provide training, motivating, servicing and supporting business partner
Planning daily , weekly and monthly sales activities
Managing projects assigned by the management
Working as a team as Life Insurance Advisor to achieve individual and group target.
To provide management with market intelligence feedback on competitor’s product and business strategies.
To ensure the achievement of Unit projected sales within the approved budget
To coordinate and liaise with business partner for training/motivation programs and all other relevant matters.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in financial services industry particular insurance/takaful will be an added advantage
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
With strong interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Capable in providing motivation and coaching to sales personnel
Productive, competitive and dynamic person
Sales attitude mindset
Posses own transport and willing to travel within the region
Willing to be based either in Ipoh, Penang, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Kinabalu & Kuching. Kindly state the location preferred.
