Responsibilities: 
Manage and review the development of Business Strategies that are aligned to the Company agenda and delivers the business targets.
To oversee and manage the IT department and resources to work effectively in line with Company objective.
To maintain IT infrastructure and provide necessary propose enhancements / solutions to improve.
Manage and provide guidance and knowledge sharing among team member.
Maintain strong customer relationships and attract new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
To liaise and work closely with Customer to resolve any IT related issue in a timely manner.
Plan and implement customer requirements and solution: software/hardware, Networking, Security, system/hardware/IT solution purchase recommendation to support core business and streamline work efficiency.
To liaise with Solution Principle to resolve any IT related issue.
Project management for new project implementation or upgrading.
Manage team to troubleshoot problems regarding connectivity, system application or data processing.
Ensure timely & accuracy of data and reports submission.
Ensure efficient and effective of business support to customer including minimizing system downtime.
Develop and maintain IT related policies/procedure and documentation.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.
Strategic orientation and ability to dissect complex problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to synthesize , facilitate and influence
