Responsibilities:
Perform all areas of admin and secretarial work
Arrange for appointments and organize meetings
Ensure all correspondences are dealt in a timely manner
Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries
Undertake any other duties that are assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Private Secretaryship or equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Pleasant personality and able to communicate with different levels of people in the organization
A team player and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office with good English communication skills.
