Responsibilities:
To plan & monitor materials to meet delivery schedules.
To prepare monthly purchase records.
To source, analyze quotations, negotiate best prices, payment terms with suppliers and to advice management accordingly.
Perform administrative function such as issuance and checking of Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Inventories & etc.
Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure meeting the required delivery dates.
Requirements:
At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor' Degree in relevant field.
Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, aggressive, self motivated, initiative and independent.
Able to communicate with all levels of personals and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge in inventory control, supplier evaluation and selection.
