Responsibilities:
Supervision of AR supporting staff
AR aging analysis, collection and providing update on AR accounts
Resolving cash application issues
Preparation of monthly sales report and AR closing
Accruals and reconciliation of accounts receivable provision accounts
Following up with account managers on billing matters

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree or professional qualifications i.e. ACCA, MACPA or CIMA
Minimum 3 years post qualification relevant working experience
Experience in handling billing, account receivables and collection function.
Good problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
Pro active, responsible, meticulous
SAP system knowledge will be an advantage
