Responsibilities:
Reports to both the General Manager of the Northern Region & the Company Finance/Admin Manager. Plays a supporting role in formulating, executing & monitoring the Northern Region’s business plan. He/she will be a key finance individual tasked with providing strong business support to the operations.
Develops and presents to management comprehensive performance analyses and reports of the business. Highlights and recommends to management areas for improvement.
Works closely with operations & management to monitor and achieve set targets for the relevant KPIs.
Undertakes studies or projects to bring about improvements in systems and procedures.
Ensures accurate and timely production of all financial and management reports as required.
Plans & executes internal control procedures and reconciliations such as surprise cash count and stock-take to protect the assets of the company.
Provides administrative support required by the General Manager or the Finance/Admin Manager.
Carries out any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent.
Must be willing to work in Shah Alam and travel to Penang/JB when necessary.
Must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing management information for both decision-making and control purposes.
3-5 years’ relevant experience in accounting/audit.
Must have strong business acumen.
Knowledge of local generally accepted accounting principles.
Good team player with high level of integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and has strong sense of achievement and urgency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
