Responsibilities:
Provide prompt professional service to walk-in customer
To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
To support the service centre team on related tasks and challenge
To assist in queue flow & provide information to customer

Requirements:
STPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese & other languages would be an added advantage
Min. 2 years related work experience in customer service industry
Expected age to be in 20s or early 30s
Good PC skills in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
