Responsibilities:
You will be assisting the Administration Executive in attending to walk-in customers/guests at the Front Desk, handling all incoming or outgoing calls, receiving all documents/mails, recording & distributing it to the respective department and perform the general administrative works assigned from time to time.
Requirements
:
STPM/SPM qualification with a minimum 2 years experience.
Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality, presentable appearance with a cheerful disposition.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office will be advantageous
Passion for meeting people.
