Responsibilities:
To monitor performance of vessels and ensuring the smooth operations of Container vessels and Chemical Tankers/Tugs & Barges;
To assist in providing Master with the voyage instruction details and advise him on the terms & conditions of the marine operation;
To liaise with both ship and shore on any issues related to cargo operation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of Sea Going experience and having served as a Deck Officer onboard;
Good knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes;
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Computer literate;
Applicants must be willing to travel extensively.
