Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Vice President of the Business Development Division to direct and manage the Local Business Department in the area of sales and operations.
To analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the department, the effectiveness of sales, market research and competitive analysis.
Structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations,marketing strategies planning and foresight in seeking new business opportunities.
To coordinate business collaboration with in the areas of training, education and ICT to promote sales to the company.
To lead and drive the team to bid for tenders in the areas of training,education and ICT.
Coordinate the management of the company's current major and potential clients.
Leveraging on event/seminar/conferences around the Malaysia to uncover new marketing initiative and to promote the company to the public.

Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor' Degree or Professional Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Studies/Management or equivalent. Exposure in the areas of business development and sales will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledge in ICT industry and IT savvy.
Experience inimplementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ability to prepare business proposal, conduct presentation and handle project bidding.
Persuasive negotiating ability and possesses first-class writing skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the company's target and produce quality work within tight timeframes.
Personal attributes - outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, eye for detail, high standards, hardworking, computer literate, ambitious, good team player.
