Responsibilities:
To oversee the management and operation of the port and cruise terminal in Malaysia and associated construction therein, the safe berthing and un-berthing operations of ships and boats, and provision of all on-shore services and facilities at the terminals and jetties for the ships and their passengers.
Responsible for the efficient operations and management of the Ports and Cruise Terminals
Generate the revenue and responsible for the profitability of the cruise terminal
Responsible to oversee the following:
Administer all financial matters and work closely with the Financial Controller relating to the port/terminal operations 
Maintenance and housekeeping of the ports & terminals 
Security and safety of the ports & terminals 
Ensure that the operations comply with all government regulatory and statutory requirements
Any other responsibilities as directed by the Group Chairman/President of Glenn Marine Group
 
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline 
Marine qualification Class-1 
Good command of the English language, and ability to read/write Bahasa will be an advantage 
A good track record in previous employment. 
Several years’ experience in marine-related activities 
Able to work as a team and good inter-personal skills 
Preferably an experience in senior capacity in the maritime industry, with a few years of sailing
