Responsibilities:
Responsible for consistently delivering good customer service to the client’s existing and potential customers.
Responding to enquiries relating to products & services provided by the client.
Logging all calls using tracking tools.
Trouble shooting login problems and sourcing for solution.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree qualification
Minimum of 1-2 years call centre experience
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
PC literate
Good organization skills and meticulous at work.
This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
