Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person who is self motivated, energetic, committed, willing to work with a wide range of people, willing to take initiative and at the same time keep records and build databases.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
Required skill(s): knowledge in accounts and mandarin, able to work within a committee structure, able to work irregular hours when required, project management and administration, good communication and computer skills, Provide guideance for visitors and researchers through its resource library.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in George Town.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Skill requirements: Good communication skills and being able to work within a committee structure are essential. Knowledge of accounts and Mandarin will be an advantage. A graduate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (writing and oral); with good computer skills; and must be able to work irregular hours when required.
