Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting
Prepare and review schedules and reports required by management
Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required by management
Manage the cash-flow and working capital of the company
Maintain and enhance system of internal control and procedures across all levels
Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities
Assist in implementing policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements
Human resource function including but not limited to recruitment, appointment, compensation and benefits as well as employee relations

Requirements:
Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with local and overseas personnel is a key attribute for the success of this role
Meticulous, pro-active, independent with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients and suppliers
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a communications network
Able to handle MYOB Accounting Software would be an added advantage
