Responsibilities:
*To lead a team of Flash Designers/Developers on various flash game projects
*To handle advanced flash actionscript development
*To work with creative team for the front-end implementation

Requirements:
*University degree, Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Multimedia Design or related discipline; 
*With around 5 years relevant working experience of which some experience in leading a team;
*Excellent knowledge of ActionScript 3.0/Flash
*Experience in Flash game development will definitely be an advantage
*Ability to build dynamically-driven/data consuming Flash sites;
*Develop and integrate reusable code for a range of projects using ActionScript
*Knowledge in 3D engine, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML is a plus.
*High level of initiative and able to manage project(s) independently;
*Proven multi-tasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines;
*Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability;
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
