Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Architectural or any Engineering or Building related field;
Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in an established organization.
Must possess the ability to lead and guide the project team in seeing through the various works
All applicants must also possess a flair for development related matters as well, namely liaising with the various governing bodies, feasibility studies, cash flow control, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must
