Responsibilities:
The Human Resources & Admin. Exec/Manager will assist the Management in Human Resource functions and operations which include implementing Human Resource strategies and policies, managing day-to-day HR issues of employee relations, training and development programmes, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and performance appraisals management as well as providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Preferably with any qualification in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.Candidates MUST be well versed in HR functions, Policies and procedures.
Preferably candidates with experience in Group HR or experience in dealing with more then 500 headcounts.
Has experience being involved with strategic planning in the company.
At least 10 years of working experience in HUMAN RESOURCE is required for this position.
