Responsibilities:
A Front Office & Guest Service Officer :-
is responsible to manage the front office operation consistently, efficiently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
is responsible in all guest relations /guest service matter to ensure satisfaction and repeated guests
able to forecast and implement effective yield management practices to maximize profitability
ensures conformance to policies , procedures and standards at all times
implement actions and initiatives that maximizes revenue and profits
able to perform forecasting, evaluate front office operations, evaluate departmental manpower requirement and scheduling
conduct continuous training and improvements in the department
assist sales and marketing initiative of the hotel when required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
