Responsibilities:
Conduct system study to fulfill customer requirements.
Responsible for ensuring smooth, timely and quality software implementation.
Conduct training, implementation and provide customer service support.
Prepare necessary documentation for product and projects.
Work together with other team members to provide presales and post sales support.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in HR Management, IT, Accounting / Finance or Business Studies.
Mature candidates with at least 3 years or more working experience.
Experience in implementation of large-scaled HR Software Solutions.
Well versed with HR practices and statutory requirements of Labour Law.
Able to deal effectively with people across cultural boundaries and at various levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to work well both as an individual and in a team situation is paramount.
Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin, written and verbal, will have an added advantage.
Must be able to travel outstation and overseas.
