The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing plans for sales of OTC products in East Malaysia.

Prepare rolling sales forecasts for East Malaysia and perform periodic review of sales performance vs forecast to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) availability of stocks for East Malaysia;

Propose plan for A&P activities and expenditure for East Malaysia, execute and manage the approved plans with periodic follow up and review effectiveness of execution;

Perform market intelligence to assess existing brands positioning/propose new products to Brand Personnel for pipeline;

Work with Brand personnel, Regional Sales Manager & Team for East Malaysia, advertising agencies, suppliers, media, government bodies, distributors/stockiest and other relevant parties in implementing marketing plans OTC products in East Malaysia to achieve sales growth and profitability targets;

Propose/suggest positive ideas to create/increase brand awareness amongst consumer.

Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or equivalents;

Minimum 3 years experience in consumer marketing, preferably OTC or FMCG. Working experience in a similar capacity in the pharmaceutical/health care industry will be an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The candidate should be dynamic, have good business acumen and results-oriented with a positive working attitude.
