Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Department and/or General Manager.
Responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans and determining short-term and long-term objectives of the company.
Responsible for full spectrum of the Human Resource and administration functions.
Ensure all HR policies for the companies are developed, implemented, reviewed and controlled by the job holder, in line with corporate policies and guidelines.
Ensure documentation for all HR related matters to be fully administrated and kept confidential. 
 
Requirements:
Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management or equivalent.
Well versed in Labour Laws, Employment Act, local industrial statutory requirements and prevailing Human Resource Practices & Legislation.
Possess sound knowledge of Administration and Human Resource Management theory, practice and techniques.
A change agent with strong leadership and decision making capabilities.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of related experience in Administration & Human Resource managerial position.
Possess initiative, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Be a highly self-motivated individual who is resourceful in problem solving and decision making.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
