Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall office administrative,clerical functions in company.
• Basic accounting preferred.
• Manage daily admin operations and inventory control.
• Prepare & update daily and monthly related documentations.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• To write bank in slips and prepare Daily Bank Record for officer.
• Bank in cheques / pay bills etc.
• Good Communication, able to work independently and to meet deadline.
Requirements:
Female, Chinese, below 30.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and computer literate.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Petaling, Cheras.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time position available.
Start work immediately.
