Responsibilities:
Data processing and billing generation.
Identify operation performance gaps, recommend and implement initiatives for operational improvements.
To provide report with analytical analysis and root cause analysis for any failure of achievement on action plan.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in IT.
Experienced and knowledgeable in SQL is a MUST.
Experienced and knowledgeable in computer programming.
Enjoy working in a team in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Strong team player with initiative and ability to perform under pressure.
Energetic and aggressive.
Ability to handle multiple task.
Able to start work immediately.
Possess strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
