Responsibilities:
Preparing daily collections for bank-in
Monitoring company own and test drive vehicles on matters related to insurance renewals, road tax, claims, disposal, transfer, etc
Relieving and assisting counter servicing staff as and when required
Issuing official receipts for all types of payment collected from customers
Handling customers' enquiries, claims, refunds, premium quotations, cancellations, endorsement, etc
Liaising with third parties on matters related to payments, outstanding cover notes, etc
To assist Manager on daily duties
Any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate from General Insurance Industry are encouraged to apply
WILLING TO WORK 5.5 DAYS WEEK
Freah graduates are encouraged to apply
