Responsibilities:
Design, develop and conduct Staff Orientation Program and other soft skills training
Administration of pre and post-training performance monitoring
Assist in establishment of Annual Training Plan of subsidiaries within the Group
Administer annual Training Needs Analysis exercise and tabulation of results for subsidiaries within the Group
Update and maintain staff training records in database
Prepare training reports
Design appropriate Learning Solution or work with vendors to provide apporpriate learning solutions for the company
Assist in monitoring and/or establishing strategies to support training and development
Support and assist in events organized by the company
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
At least a DEGREE in Human Resource Management/ Psychology/ Social Science & Humanities or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Training & Development function
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English in both written and spoken. Able to speak in other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
Candidate who is currently working in a local corporate environment/ MNC company is encouraged to apply
Preferably male candidate
