Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for overall finance and accounting activities for all business units locally and overseas.
To work closely with the business units to jointly achieve business performance and maintain as well as develop good banking relationships.
To implement and maintain sound and effective system for financial control.
To handle financial analysis, implement corporate exercises, ensure compliance to Bursa Malaysia, Security Commissions and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification (CPA / CIMA / ACCA) in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
Experience with a public listed company preferred.
Familiarity with FRS / Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements is essential.
Strong technical accounting knowledge especially in group financial consolidation.
Must have strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with leadership qualities and able to work with all levels of people.
Excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and treasury functions.
