Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Service to customers to resolve all quality related issues.
Expected to travel to Singapore or any customer destination to meet and resolve quality related matters.
Expects to lead a group of Supervisor/Leaders/Inspector. Trains, motivates,delegates and monitors their performance so that they can be developed into matured, independent and competent staff.
Responsible for the growth and performance of his resources to develop and drive Quality Improvement.
Plan and organise his resources to develop and drive Quality Improvement Programs.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru and expected to travel to Singapore.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
Preferably Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Required skill (s): SAP and computer literate.
