Responsibilities:
Responsible for talent recruitment activities which includes scouting, sourcing, screening and placement of potential candidates
Develop extensive candidate pools for specific industries
Continously seek promising candidates through various marketing channels
Design and post job advertisements on the company website and other related websites
Continously seek and promote our services to new clients
Build relationship and manage clients
Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment business
Consistency in achieving Sales Target to maximizing the company profits & continuous growth
Manage the whole recruitment process from sourcing the candidate, interview (both phone & face to face) to offer negotiations, and ensure successful closure of each project
Develop a partnering relationship with customer by understanding their strategic needs in terms of talent acquisition to meet their corporate mission
Think “out-of-box” approach to different sourcing approaches to identify suitable and eligible candidates within stipulated time frame
Develop consistent new enquiries & business order from all customers
Ensuring the overall database for candidates and customers in safe order & current and continues build up the pool of database
Effectively manage, report and escalate on sales target, and timeline for the life cycle of sales target
Identify new industry to work on and generate the sales revenue

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana,Petaling Jaya.
