Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate activities of the production area in achieving set targets, deliveries and cycletime.
Interact effectively with subordinates and internal groups on processes, procedures and company's policy.
Actively involved in continuous improvement programs such as cycle-time improvement, cost reduction, downtime reduction and promote productivity programs.
Accountable for overall planning and manage immediate resources.

Requirements:
Degree OR Diploma in Business Administration/Management.
Required skill: Supervisory experience in a semiconductor environment.
Min 3 years experience required for Supervisor post.
In depth process skills on FOL machine models (WB: ASM Eagle 60AP, Esec 3006/3008, DA: Esec 200, Alphasem, Saw: Disco DFD 641) will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh and able to work on rotating shift.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably senior executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
