Responsibilities:
To make payment reminder calls to customers
To meet monthly collection target
Adhere to policies and procedures (compliant)
Maintain minimum required call quality
To ensure reconciliation and collections are done on a timely basis

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): English communication.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Credit Management or equivalent.
Full-Time and Contract position available.
