Responsibilities:

To provide accurate and timely application and technical supports of all products and services offered by the company

Communicate directly with customers either by phone, email or face-to-face, to investigate and provide problem resolution

Consistently follow-up on the outstanding issues and update the progress of job

Collaborate with the Engineering team to perform technical troubleshooting, quicker issue resolution to achieve higher customer satisfaction

To cultivate customer relationships by identifying customer needs and concerns

Managing the company IT infrastructure

Perform system installation, configuration and administration of existing system

To provide hardware installation, commissioning and field support for IT and networking products

Support, troubleshooting, maintain application system and system hardware

Write comprehensive documentation

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or MIS

Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, Switch, Networking and Cabling

Able to work independently and willing to learn

Possess own transport
