Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support to Chief Financial Officer’s Office such as; making & screening phone calls, filing, taking dictations, drafting & typing letter/other correspondence.
To organize & coordinate CFO’s appointments and company’s official function.
To assist CFO in preparation of presentation material.
To maintain the cleanliness & up keep of CFO’s room.
To handle CFO’s personal matters with strict confidence.
Preparing of CFO’s monthly & traveling claims.
To administer & maintain effective filing system for CFO’s Office in ensuring confidentiality, safety & fast retrieval of documents.
To assist the Finance Department on its daily operations and record keeping.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and willing to do secretarial work.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
