Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
At least 8 years direct working experience in HR capacity out of which 4 years are in managerial position
He/she should have strong industrial relation, communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management staff and the ability and tenacity to drive and deliver results
A strong team player who is resourceful and creative with strong leadership qualities and people management skills to handle the varied demands of this position
Able to travel within/outside Malaysia for ad-hoc HR related matters or project
Excellent command in written and spoken English
