Responsibilities:

Group corporate governance and compliance with Bursa, Company Act and other regulations
Supervise and review monthly management accounts
Group accounts consolidation and reporting
Yearly budgeting and monthly budgetary control
Tax planning and compliance
Projection reporting

Requirements:

Possess professional qualification or Degree in Accounting and/or its equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
Good analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Able to meet deadlines with high level of commitment.
Attention to details, meticulous and proactive.
Possess good communication skills and able to interact at all levels.
A team-player and possess supervision and leadership skills.
