Responsibilities:

Design PCBa functional test fixture and automation system

Use CAD/CAM software to perform design work for equipment, jig & fixture

Develop mechanical system design hardware for projects assigned.

Design and create a pneumatic schematic diagram.

To source, select and purchase all the materials of mechanical components.

To work with customers in defining the technical requirements on the assigned projects.

Provide guidance and proper jigs & fixtures to perform calibration and alignments.

Mechanical part drawing, pneumatic schematic diagram and BOM list update.

Ensure the mechanical design integrates well with other sections by being involved heavily in the equipment assembly and integration testing.

Provide technical consultation and training to end-users.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): CAD/CAM software., Automation.

Preferred skill(s): Electronics/ PLC, PCB gerber

Required language(s): Chinese, English

Proactive, Creative and innovative.

Able to communicate effectively and work under pressure.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
