Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
At least 12 years direct working experience in HR capacity out of which 5 years are in managerial position.
He/she should have strong industrial relation, communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management staff and the ability and tenacity to drive and deliver results.
He/she should be comfortable in making presentations to the Board of Directors on HR projects.
Willing to put in extra hours when necessary.
Able to travel within/outside Malaysia for ad-hoc HR related matters or project.
Expected to be a hands-on person on the day to day HR operations.
A strong team player who is resourceful and creative with strong leadership qualities and people management skills to handle the varied demands of this position.
Excellent command in written and spoken English.
Age between 38 – 45 years.
